Daniel Libeskind and Cosentino unveil in Frankfurt the “Musical Labyrinth” installation made with Dekton®

Since yesterday, Frankfurt has been home to the installation “Musical Labyrinth” by the renowned American architect Daniel Libeskind. In a new collaboration with Cosentino Group, leading producer and distributor of innovative surfaces for architecture and design, the architect yesterday unveiled this installation, made with the ultra-compact surface Dekton® and located in the plaza of Frankfurt’s Alte Oper, in a ceremony attended by various media representatives.

Daniel Libeskind presents, “Musical Labyrinth” an installation for Frankfurt at the Cosentino City in New York

The renowned American architect Daniel Libeskind unveiled his “Musical Labyrinth” installation yesterday at the Cosentino City showroom in Manhattan. It is his latest collaboration with the Spanish multinational, leader in the production and distribution of innovative surfaces for the world of architecture and design. The “Musical Labyrinth” installation will be presented in Frankfurt on 9 May as part of the “One Day in Life” initiative.

At the event, Libeskind explained the details of this installation to the various media representatives from the architecture and design community of New York – an installation that every visitor to the German city will be able to see in Frankfurt’s Opera Square. Defined by the architect as a work of public art, people will be able to interact and walk through this installation.

This morning, Rafael Nadal, one of the most important Spanish athletes of all times, visited Cosentino Group’s headquarters in Cantoria. Visitors to the “Hotel of the Future” will walk on ultra-compact Dekton® flooring at Fiturtech

The Cosentino Group is taking part in the Hotel of the Future project which goes under the name of “ITH Travelinmotion by Emotion Experience, currently on display at Fiturtech, the main forum for tourism innovation and technology organised by the Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero (ITH). At this year’s fair, which ends on 24 January, the ITH and the sensory marketing company Emotion Experience have designed an exhibition area that recreates the experiences and sensations that visitors to the Hotel of the Future can enjoy.

This morning, David Bisbal, the singer from Almeria, visited Cosentino Group’s headquarters in Cantoria. This global Spanish company is a leader in the production and distribution of innovative surfaces for the world of architecture and design.

He was welcomed by the president of the company, Francisco Martínez-Cosentino, who gave him a “warm welcome on behalf of the more than 3,100 people working at Cosentino”, as did Eduardo Martínez-Cosentino Alfonso, the group’s Sales Director, and Santiago Alfonso, Director of Marketing and Communications.

3D Interior Design with Blophome and Silestone 2015 Competition

Cosentino Group, Spanish company leader in the production and distribution of innovative solutions for the world of architecture and Index Consulting launch a competition to promote both brands via the presentation of decorating projects designed in the 3D application, Blophome.

The programme will accept as many projects as the participant wants to submit, the only condition being that at least one object or material must be used from the Silestone catalogue (Cosentino). The competition is based on the presentation of a project with the Blophome Classic or Blophome Professional application and the Silestone catalogue (Consentino), and can be of any kind of spaces: bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, halls, public spaces, etc. There are no limits – only that of the users’ imagination. Each participant may submit as many entries as they wish; the competition is open to any person of legal age from anywhere in the world.
