This investment is the result of months of work to create a space that combines modern design with its natural surroundings. Located on the outskirts of Warsaw, in a quiet, green district, the residence was designed with harmony between people, architecture, and nature in mind.
The design style is minimalist with soul. According to the investors' brief, the house was to be not only a place to live, but also a space that inspires. Therefore, every detail—from the layout of the rooms, to the selection of materials, to the landscaping of the garden—was carefully considered to create a cohesive whole.
On the ground floor, there's an open-plan living area with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, seamlessly flowing into an outdoor terrace. This terrace is the heart of the house in the summer—furnished with comfortable furniture and surrounded by greenery, it's the perfect place for relaxation and children to play. On the first floor, private bedrooms with panoramic windows provide privacy without cutting off the outside world.
The design placed great emphasis on integrating the building with its surroundings. The garden was designed to be an extension of the interior—with a play area for children, a relaxation area, and subtle lighting that creates a magical atmosphere in the evenings. The plant selection—from tall trees to low shrubs—was intended to create a private enclave where one can hide from the world.
The building's structure is based on simple, geometric forms, giving it an elegant and timeless character. The design utilizes contrasting facade materials—dark Dekton shades juxtaposed with light clinker brick. This color combination not only emphasizes the modern style but also blends perfectly with the surrounding greenery.
Large glazing—both on the ground floor and first floor—opens the interior to the garden, letting in natural light and allowing residents to enjoy views of the outdoor relaxation area. In the evenings, the interplay of light and shadow on the facade creates an almost theatrical atmosphere.
One of the key elements defining the character of this residence is its façade, made of the ultra-modern Dekton material. The panel used here is in the color Dekton Sirius—a deep, matte black, which gives the structure a distinct and refined look. The 4 mm thickness allowed for an exceptionally precise finish without weighing down the structure. Dekton, a weather-, UV-, and scratch-resistant material, is ideal for the Polish climate, guaranteeing durability and aesthetics for years to come. This façade not only protects but also tells a story of modernity, precision, and conscious quality.
The fixing of Dekton slabs is carried out using structural adhesive (DKC system), where the slabs are bonded to the vertical metal profiles of the ventilated façade system. This is an easy-to-install system that adapts to both large vertical formats in main enclosures and the front pieces of beams and overhangs, while maintaining the lightweight nature of the ventilated façade construction solution.
