Beauty and durability: Dekton stands out in a residential project in Perdizes, São Paulo

Located in the Perdizes neighborhood of São Paulo, this 250 m2 residential project, designed by architect Andrea Reis, stands out for its harmony between aesthetics and functionality. One of the central elements in achieving this balance was the choice of Dekton, an ultracompact and carbon-neutral surface, which is present in different areas of the property.

With multiple finish and thickness options, Dekton was applied ensuring not only beauty, but also durability and resistance in every detail. The result is a contemporary home prepared for everyday life.

For the flooring of the living room, hall, kitchen and service area, the architect opted for Dekton Aeris, applied in 8 mm thick slabs. Inspired by the natural stone White Limestone, Dekton Aeris features light tones with subtle cream nuances, providing luminosity and a sense of spaciousness to environments.

In addition to its smooth aesthetic, the large-format slabs (3200 x 1440 mm) provide visual continuity and a reduced number of joints, a choice that reinforces the concept of integration and fluidity between spaces, without sacrificing the material's characteristic resistance.

At the heart of the home, the gourmet kitchen stands out with Dekton Nebbia, from the Pietra Kode line, applied to the countertop and backsplash, in 12 mm slabs. Its creamy white tone, dotted with veins in grayish-brown tones, brings sophistication and timelessness to the environment.

More than just beauty, Dekton Nebbia stands out for its technical properties: high resistance to stains, scratches, impacts, and high temperatures, as well as low water absorption, making it ideal for intensive kitchen use. The result is an elegant, functional, and easy-to-maintain surface, ideal for everyday family life.
