Cosentino Group is once again working with TATEL through its brands and products. This gastronomic project is led by Abel Matutes Prats and Manuel Campos Guallar, and includes as partners and ambassadors sportsmen Rafa Nadal and Pau Gasol and singer Enrique Iglesias.
This time, the collaboration takes place in the project’s first international outing: TATEL Miami, officially opened on Monday.
TATEL Miami will be part of the Ritz Carton South hotel complex, it will open at 1669 Collins Avenue in the heart of the city in Miami’s prestigious South Beach neighbourhood. TATEL Miami follows the same concept in design and gastronomic terms as the Madrid venue, which opened on Paseo de la Castellana in 2015.
In terms of design, the interior design and décor are the work of Diego Gronda’s studio, based in Madrid. Using their experience in global projects, Studio Gronda has successfully exported the same iconic Spanish restaurant design to Miami. Cosentino has collaborated with the design and décor of the Miami restaurant, in the same way as they did with TATEL Madrid.
TATEL Miami makes use of some 600 m2 of Cosentino products in flooring, walls, counters, kitchen worktops, bathroom surfaces, etc. The use of the revolutionary ultracompact surface Dekton®, in a range of different colours such as Borea, Kelya, Vegha and Halo stands out, as well as Sensa® granite worktops, in the Amelia Ridge shade, and lastly Crema Marfil marble.
Monday night TATEL Miami held its opening gala, a glamorous event attended by many celebrities and not missed by Rafa Nadal and Enrique Iglesias, partners Abel Matutes Prats and Manuel Campos and designer Diego Gronda. Eduardo Martínez-Cosentino Alfonso, Cosentino Group Global Corporate Sales EVP and CEO of Cosentino North America and Santiago Alfonso, Cosentino Group Marketing and Communications VP, represented the company.
