Cosentino Group, global leader in the production and distribution of innovative surfaces for architecture and design, celebrated last night Silestone’s 25th birthday with an event hosted by the Spanish singer David Bisbal.
The singer did not want to miss the opportunity to be with Cosentino on such an important night for the firm with which, in addition to sharing his place of birth, Almeria (Spain), believes in values such as effort, perseverance and working each day.
Some 300 guests, including customers, architects, designers and decorators from Madrid, met at Tatel Madrid, the city’s in restaurant, which is together owned by celebrities such as Pau Gasol and Enrique Iglesias, and the current face of Cosentino’s campaigns, Rafael Nadal.
During the ceremony, which is part of the events that the company is holding throughout 2015 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Silestone®, they recalled some of the brand’s milestones such as its advertisement at the 2005 Superbowl and Time magazine’s choice of Silestone® as one of the 21st century’s major technological innovations.
The Group’s Sales Director, Eduardo Martínez-Cosentino Alfonso, presided on behalf of the firm and was at Bisbal’s side all evening. He thanked all the guests for “their vital and indispensable role for the growth of Silestone® over the years, enabling it to become a product that has brought colour, design and style to homes all around the world.”
