Balneário Camboriú boasts a new benchmark in high-level architecture. The Boreal Tower, developed by FG Empreendimentos, is one of Brazil's most modern buildings: it reaches 241 metres in height and incorporates innovative solutions that transform the experience of quality living.
A ventilated facade with a polished and glossy finish
Inspired by the lotus flower, a symbol of elegance and resilience, the project impresses with its bold design and a high-performance glass facade facing the sea.
Located in Barra Norte, on Avenida Atlântica - one of the city's most sought-after areas - the building also features, in part of its structure, a modern ventilated facade in Dekton Natura. This colour replicates the purest marble style, with soft grey veins enhancing the classic white surface and providing a polished and glossy finish.
In addition to its aesthetic contribution, Dekton's technical properties offer many advantages for facade applications, as it is resistant to UV rays, freeze-thaw cycles, abrasion, and stains, among others, as well as being a non-combustible material. Furthermore, Cosentino provides a 25-year warranty for this application and a commitment to sustainability with its Carbon Neutral certification.
Different Dekton and Silestone colours for the common areas
The leisure area spans three floors and is designed to offer holistic well-being and social experiences. Designed by architect and urban planner Maria Fernanda Wiethorn Aliano, director of we.arch, the spaces showcase various applications of Dekton and Silestone.
Dekton Marmorio was used for the reception area, the lift lobby, and the gourmet space. With its light veins and visible pores, it directly complements the golden lines of the environment, creating a sophisticated and contemporary effect. Available in various sizes and thicknesses, Dekton allows for continuous surfaces with almost imperceptible joints, as well as complex cuts enabling unique and exclusive pieces.
Silestone Concrete Pulse was chosen for the baby changing area, where its grey tone harmonises with the playful design furniture, creating a cosy and modern space. The surface combines durability, easy maintenance, and contemporary aesthetics, ensuring functionality without compromising on style.
A design that inspires: the show flat of the Boreal Tower
The we.arch studio also designed the show flat of the Boreal Tower with the aim of creating a sensory experience capable of impacting and inspiring potential clients. Every detail was designed to convey elegance, modernity, and the harmony between urban and natural elements, an essence reflected in the careful selection of materials, including Dekton Moone.
Present in various parts of the apartment, Dekton Moone reinforces the atmosphere of timelessness and durability that guides the project's concept. With its white tone featuring warm and soft nuances, it brings brightness and spaciousness to the spaces, creating a sense of lightness and connection with nature and the seaside lifestyle.
Applied in 12 mm slabs, Dekton Moone was used for the kitchen and bathroom worktops. The surface offers excellent resistance to water, stains, scratches, impacts, and high temperatures, as well as easy maintenance, ensuring long-lasting performance and aesthetics.
In the decorated apartment of the Boreal Tower, the use of Dekton Moone goes beyond decorative aspects: it becomes part of the project's narrative, reinforcing the idea of an elegant and welcoming home in harmony with nature and the sea of Balneário Camboriú.
With the Boreal Tower, Cosentino reinforces its commitment to offering high-performance surfaces and distinctive designs, capable of transforming sophisticated projects into unique living and socialising experiences.
