Located in São Paulo, the LID Apartment is a 450 m2 residence that has been completely redesigned by the Tres Arquitetura studio. Already inhabited and full of history, the space became the setting for a new beginning, marked by a more sensitive and feminine perspective, in tune with the client's new stage of life. The challenge of the project was precisely to reinterpret what already existed, respecting the memory of the place and creating a renewed, sophisticated, and welcoming atmosphere.

The proposal emerged from a deep understanding of the client's routine and desires, prioritising comfort, functionality, and spatial flow. The social area took centre stage as a space for interaction and relaxation, requiring solutions that combined timeless aesthetics and technical performance. In this context, the choice of Dekton Marmorio for the flooring was crucial to the project's identity.

Inspired by the elegance of classic marbles, Dekton Marmorio brings instant sophistication to spaces without compromising the essential practicality for daily life. Its application on the floor of the social area contributes to a continuous reading of the space, visually expanding the environments and reinforcing the sense of unity between the different sectors of the apartment.
