In the heart of the Vercors region, in Villard-de-Lans, Julian Goubet Immobilier has completed the ambitious renovation of a three-apartment complex, transforming it into contemporary mountain retreats designed for guests seeking both comfort and refined aesthetics. To bring this vision to life, the developer partnered with PMG Concept, the stonemason responsible for crafting all Dekton worktops and surfaces material that became the unifying thread of the project.
In the kitchens, Dekton Entzo stands out as the central aesthetic choice. Inspired by Calacatta marble and defined by delicate golden veining, Dekton Entzo introduces a subtle sophistication that harmonizes beautifully with the natural wood accents and crisp white cabinetry.
Conceived as true living spaces, these kitchens owe much of their identity to this elegant ultracompact surface, which delivers a contemporary yet warm atmosphere. The precision of PMG Concept’s craftsmanship plays a key role in achieving this result, ensuring seamless vein continuation and impeccably executed details.
The bathrooms each express a distinct ambiance through a curated selection of four emblematic Dekton colorways: Trevi, Rem, Khalo, and Nacre. Dekton Trevi, with its soft tones inspired by Italian stone, brings timeless elegance. Dekton Rem offers a warmer interpretation of classic marble with subtly contrasted brown veining. Dekton Khalo, inspired by Patagonia quartzite, asserts a bolder personality—perfect for a statement bathroom. Dekton Nacre, with its soft satin finish and powdery texture, diffuses light beautifully and lends a serene refinement to the space. Paired with suspended wooden vanities and brushed-gold fixtures, these bathrooms evoke a sense of calm and visual coherence, designed to deliver an elevated daily experience.
Beyond aesthetics, choosing Dekton was essential for the technical requirements of a premium rental project. Its resistance to heat, scratches, impacts and moisture ensures impeccable durability despite the heavy use typical of rental accommodations. Its stability in the face of temperature variations frequent in mountain environments and its minimal maintenance make it particularly suited for high-end hospitality settings. Dekton gracefully combines beauty, long-term performance and practicality while maintaining a consistently high perceived quality.
Through this renovation, Julian Goubet Immobilier has created three apartments where modernity is expressed with subtlety and each material is carefully selected to elevate the architecture. The craftsmanship of PMG Concept, paired with the aesthetic versatility of Dekton, results in a reimagined complex that embodies contemporary Alpine design. A mountain retreat where technical performance meets elegance, built to endure.
