Cité Hélios is located in Saint-Luc along the south shore of Montreal - an oasis for nature lovers just 25 minutes away from the bustling downtown area. The private estate offers 44 high-end bungalow-style semi-detached houses as well as 20 luxury condominiums, which sit on a peaceful crescent completely in sync with the nature around it.
Dekton was the surface of choice for the model units, shining in different colors and applications fit for luxury living.
The classic Dekton Taga, a color inspired by the quartzite of the Taj Mahal, can be seen on the kitchen island and countertop as well as the backsplash behind the cooktop...but that’s not all. Taga was also applied creatively on the wine cellar and fireplace mantel, showcasing the versatility of the material and creating visual harmony within the open floor integrated design. Taga brings warmth and elegance to the space with the look and feel of natural stone without any maintenance or upkeep.
Making our way to the bathroom we see Dekton Argentium on the vanity tops. The neutral shade is part of the Kraftizen collection reminiscent of lime plastering with a visual texture that adds movement and depth to its delicate trowelled structure.
