The building blends with the surroundings, seeking to reinforce continuity of the landscape between the north and south parts of the site
Beyond the quality of accessways, there is a clear effort to stretch the project on the landscape and create a physical line between the public facilities and the dwellings. The planting of hedges as a strategy for continuity does not only fuse the project with the site, but also makes it possible to separate the zones exposed to noise coming from nearby houses.
The sedate and timeless construction presents very high ceilings and large openings that frame the surroundings. The composition, volume-wise, seeks to generate a coherent heterogeneity, incorporating lattices into the facades. The use of sustainable materials minimizes maintenance costs but also gives the solemnity necessary for certain uses.
