The Loma Creek Logistics Center marks the first West Coast project to feature Dekton as a large-scale industrial facade solution. Designed by Herman Architecture + Design and developed by Brookfield Properties, the project specified Dekton Marmorio, a surface selected for its timeless travertine look and exceptional durability in demanding exterior conditions.
Cosentino played a central role in coordinating all stakeholders throughout the process. After securing an agreement with Brookfield Properties to provide facade materials for their industrial buildings, Cosentino was connected to the general contractor, Oltmans Construction Co., and facilitated the relationship with Alpha Tile and Stone. Together, the teams ensured a smooth execution from design to installation. To support the technical requirements, Cosentino organized on-site training with Gridworx on the chemical anchor system.
Dekton Marmorio was selected for its outstanding performance and realistic stone aesthetic, delivering the appearance of natural travertine with none of the maintenance concerns. Its ultra-compact composition ensures long-term color stability, resistance to UV exposure, and superior durability, ideal for Southern California’s varied climate.
