The connection between the interior and exterior of the Yuvalim Group’s corporate campus was made possible thanks to Dekton

Yuvalim Group has been active in the real estate sector in Israel since 2000, specialising in the initiation, planning, development and construction of projects in all sectors: residential, urban renewal, commercial, office and logistics. Barely Levitzky Kassif Architects and interior designer Orly Dekter faced the enormous challenge of creating its corporate campus at the Ness Ziona Science Park, a 32,000 square metre site comprising four buildings, each with six floors of offices, another floor for commercial purposes and basements with parking space, as well as a green park between the buildings. This high-end project boasts unique elements that represent prestige, modernity and innovation.

Orly Dekter faced the challenge of “creating a perfect harmony between inside and outside, using a material identity and a design concept that respects the architecture and landscape, rather than breaking with it. For example, a special roof was created to act as the lift lobby ceiling and wall cladding, with a shape that creates a plan view of the four buildings and the central plaza between them.”

The four volumes that make up the complex create a natural synergy on the outside, with black as the connecting link, and a peculiar shape on the inside, creating a natural green park between the buildings.

To give the project the modern and innovative style it needed, Dekter chose Dekton. “I chose Cosentino products because I am convinced that, as a leading company in the industry, its materials have proved and will continue to prove to be prestigious, elegant and timeless, with straight and precise lines. The aim of using high quality materials is that the project will still look new and contemporary to visitors many years from now, far removed from passing fashions. In my opinion, this reflects the true success of an interior planner who researches the finishing materials for a project and manages to combine them with quality and precision.”

To achieve the desired effect, the designer chose Dekton. Specifically, “all lobbies, including the main lobby, feature Dekton Soke and Dekton Lunar on the floor and cladding respectively. The lift lintel is clad with a special Dekton Domoos panel, as are the exterior columns.” As for the lifts, the material of choice was Dekton Sirius.

As can be seen, the colours chosen to star in the complex are neutral but powerful. Grey, white and black shades become silent witnesses to the connection of the volumes with each other and with their exterior.
