The owners have given this former Post Office a big makeover and built a large extension to house the new kitchen. A lantern roof light floods the room with natural light.
The Dawson shaker-style door by Kitchen Stori in Indigo for the base units and Light Grey for the tall and wall units provides a contemporary twist but is still in keeping with the period of the house. The working over mantle and mantle cupboards are a stunning addition and provide a focal point in the room.
Work surfaces and splashback are in Silestone Desert Silver. Polished drainer grooves and a Qettle boiling tap ensure the sink area is not only functional but beautiful with pendant lighting overhead.
