Cosentino celebrates Los Angeles City Centre grand opening with fashion icon Cindy Crawford

This last Wednesday April 3rd, in the heart of West Hollywood’s design district, more than 300 leaders and influencers from Los Angeles’ design community gathered to celebrate the grand opening of the Cosentino LA City Centre — high-tech immersive experience showcasing the very best in innovative surfacing solutions from the global brand.
One of only four in the United States and one of 12 globally, the $2.25 million CAD, 4,200 square-foot indoor-outdoor space offers a high-tech, immersive experience to best serve design professionals and consumers alike in Los Angeles’ West Hollywood burgeoning design scene.
In addition to enjoying delicious cocktails and Spanish tapas, guests were delighted when fashion icon and Silestone brand ambassador Cindy Crawford took to the stage for a conversation with Jessica Kantor of LALA Magazine to discuss her passion for all things home, design and fashion. The supermodel and self-professed renovation junkie gave guests an inside peek on the inspiration behind one of her latest projects.
Notable guests in attendance included Eduardo Cosentino, EVP of Global Sales and CEO of Cosentino North America; Santiago Alfonso, Marketing Director of Cosentino Group; Massimo Ballucchi, Cosentino North America Director of Marketing; Jason Cathcart, Manager of the Cosentino LA City Centre.

Before bidding guests farewell, Crawford commemorated the exciting milestone by signing a slab with well wishes for her friends at Cosentino. “From the very beginning of our alliance two years ago, I felt an instant connection with the Cosentino family — it goes beyond the surface of what they craft. I’m so inspired by our shared passion for the intersection of the fashion and design worlds, and am honoured to celebrate with them tonight!”

The City Centres aim to promote a collaborative and inspiring environment where designers and their clients can discuss ideas, products and designs in an open, modern space, reflective of Cosentino’s signature style.
