The combination of Dekton® with honeycomb panels bring enormous lightness to our facade, increasing its physical and mechanical properties. The panels allow huge freedom on mechanizing and finishes options while easing their transport and installation, keeping all the high visual aesthetics and outstanding properties of Dekton® finish.
The panel excellent properties of stiffness, flexure resistance, impact and durability allow its use in the most adverse conditions, like high-rise buildings located in hurricane and earthquake regions. Their versatility allows them to be integrated into rainscreen systems, pre-panelized or unitized solutions.
Description
Panel composed of Dekton® veneer on aluminum honeycomb backing panel. The panel is presented in several thicknesses and can be manufactured with fiberglass or aluminum back sheets, bonded to an aluminum honeycomb core.
- Panels can be up to 80% lighter than 3cm slabs and traditional stone.
- Easy to install both in exterior and interior application.
- They are offered with several attachment systems already installed from factory, for panels ready to be installed on the façade with hanger subframe systems or Z clip interior cladding systems.
- Wide range of edge finishings and cutting options.
- Fabricated with industrialized processes under controlled factory conditions.
- Accurate and flat surface finish.
- Improved sound proofing properties.
- Honeycomb panels are NOA and HVHZ certified for Air/Water Penetration and Small/Large Missile Impact.
