Fruits and vegetables are thriving in abundance this spring, while certain fish species are at their optimum time to be enjoyed. Make the most of seasonal food with our helpful list below for in-season foods to enjoy now.

Foods that we can enjoy in spring

Fruit

Enjoy fresh rhubarb and bananas as they continue to be in season, perfect for including in homemade bakes.

Kiwis are a great addition to your fruit salad, and a very healthy choice that tastes its best right now.

Vegetables
