Based in Royal Tunbridge Wells, the cookery school features five guest stations as well as a large curved demonstration island all finished in Silestone® worksurfaces from the striking Nebula collection in Lyra. The worktops are featured on a hand built Mark Wilkinson kitchen with Miele appliances. The design and installation was carried out by Touchstone Worktops, which included using a crane to get the worksurfaces through the first floor window of the school.

Working in collaboration with Executive Chef, John Rogers, Rosemary Shrager has created an exciting programme of full and half-day masterclasses for home cooks at every level; from the complete novice to the accomplished enthusiast. Rosemary says, “The cookery school was a huge project but I am delighted to have created my own professional kitchens with everything my students need. Silestone® is the perfect choice for the school; it looks fantastic is extremely durable, hygienic and is also always cold making it the perfect surface when working with pastry.”
