Dekton and Gaze Burvill have once again proved to be a match made in garden heaven. Dekton was on display at the prestigious horticultural event of the year, the Chelsea Flower Show (21-25 May). Outdoor furniture and kitchen company, Gaze Burvill has been showcasing a selection of Dekton’s ultra-compact surfaces in a variety of designs and finishes on its stand (333), which is located in the heart of Chelsea’s show gardens on the Main Avenue.
Dekton and Gaze Burvill
Designed by garden designer, Ross Allan, the stand is a delightful showcase of outdoor living at its finest. The stand includes relaxing, shaded loungers to outdoor dining and cooking areas, complemented by an array of beautiful planting and greenery. A prominent feature on the stand is the new Gaze Burvill ‘Levity’ Dining Table crafted from oak with a Dekton top in Lunar. Lunar is a tactile surface from the Industrial Collection inspired by the look of bleached cement. The contrast of the Dekton against the natural oak creates a contemporary yet timeless feel. Also on display is the Gaze Burvill ‘Splash’ lounge. This has been crafted from oak, with a matching low table that has a Dekton Lunar top.
Renowned for its handcrafted outdoor kitchens, Gaze Burvill’s ‘A La Carte’ kitchen with oak cabinetry is also on the stand. It has Sub Zero Wolf appliances including the new Grill Station. It is finished with a striking, industrial-look Dekton Trilium worktop.
Cosentino’s ultra-compact surface, Dekton is the perfect partner to Gaze Burvill’s oak-crafted outdoor furniture and cabinetry thanks to its hardwearing technical properties. These include a high resistance to UV rays, low water absorption and great colour stability. The revolutionary surface can be scorched, scratched, stained and frozen without fear of damage. It is available in a wide array of designs to suit any interior styles. These include those inspired by premium natural marbles, concrete, aged metals or even wood. The surfaces also boasts a variety of different finishes. Lunar and Trilium, the colours chosen for the stand, both bringing a tactile element to the design.
Gaze Burvill was delighted to be awarded five stars by judges at the show. This is the highest possible ranking for a trade stand at Chelsea Flower Show.
