About Eco by Cosentino®
Eco by Cosentino® is a revolutionary new surface for use in contemporary architecture and decor which is composed of 75% recycled materials, including porcelain, glass, mirror and vitrified ash. The launch of Eco by Cosentino®, a material resulting from the research and development of the Cosentino Group, has set new standards in sustainable construction and design, and created a new brand category: “Recycled Surfaces.”
The other 25% of the ECO composition is made up of natural stone waste and an ecological resin used for binding (part of which is of vegetable origin). The result is a pioneering new material that makes rational and efficient use of natural resources and is, therefore, truly sustainable and respectful of the environment. Furthermore, the Eco by Cosentino ® manufacturing process complies with the strictest environmental standards with, for instance, up to 94% of the water used in production being recycled.
Eco by Cosentino® is available in a wide range of colours, and in slab format (327 x 159 cm) in three different thicknesses: 1’2, 2 and 3 cm.
