The international tennis stars Grigor Dimitrov, Dominic Thiem, Kevin Anderson, John Isner and David Goffin have played a round of ping-pong against Granadan table tennis player José Manuel Ruiz Reyes at the 2018 Mutua Madrid Open.  The action took place this morning in the “players’ zones” on the “10 Layers” ping-pong table, which is made of Silestone® and was designed by the architect and designer Ron Arad.

Cosentino is working with José Manuel Ruiz Reyes, a Paralympic athlete and member of the Spanish Royal Table Tennis Federation.  As well as being the Spanish team’s flag-bearer at Río de Janeiro 2016, the sportsman from Granada has participated in the last six Paralympic Games.  Cosentino is actively supporting José Manuel Ruiz Reyes’ campaign #7enTokio to raise the funds he needs to participate in the team trials that could get him to the 2020 Tokyo Games.
