Silestone® Slab Vases win Best Trend Accolade at the Wallpaper* Design Awards 2013

The world leader in the production and distribution of quartz, natural stone and recycled surfaces, Cosentino is delighted to announce that the Silestone Slab Vases by Form Us With Love has scooped the prestigious Accolade of “Best Trend” in the Wallpaper* 2013 Design Awards. The winners were showcased in a dedicated feature in the February issue of Wallpaper* magazine.

The Silestone® Slab Vases project was created by the internationally acclaimed Swedish design studio, Form Us With Love, and consists of rings of Silestone which have been slipped over a metal bracket measuring around 40cm high to produce a watertight vessel. The rings vary in size and are cut so the shape of the vase changes with each assembly. The project aims to break away from the familiar Silestone slab form and explore the material’s tactile dimension.
