The global leader in the production and distribution of surfaces for the world of architecture and design, the Cosentino Group, presents five stunning new colours for its ultra-compact surface brand, Dekton®. Launching in May 2017, the new shades will be on display for the first time in the UK at Grand Designs Live 2017. Qatar, Manhattan and Vienna will become the latest additions to the brand’s high shine range of XGloss surfaces creating the XGloss Basiq Collection, offering lustrous polished finishes in subtle sophisticated shades. Fossil and Nayla will join Dekton®’s existing Natural Collection, taking inspiration from simple yet elegant materials in the natural world.
The revolutionary ultra-compact surface, Dekton® by Cosentino is created from a sophisticated blend of inorganic materials, using an innovative ultra-compaction process. High resistance to UV rays, scratches, stains and thermal shock are just some of the excellent technical properties that define Dekton®. These benefits ensure its surfaces are durable and very easy to maintain, offering the potential for both indoor and outdoor uses including flooring, façades, wall cladding and worktops.

QATAR: A deep beige shade that evokes the serenity of sand and the beauty of the desert. Qatar offers a warm and natural shade, whilst benefiting from the brilliant shine of Dekton® XGloss’s advanced nanotechnological treatment and mechanical polishing process.
MANHATTAN: Inspired by the urban architectural landscape of its namesake, Manhattan has a vibrant grey shine that lends a sophisticated cosmopolitan appearance to any space.
VIENNA: A radiant white colour with grain that brings clarity and breadth to its surroundings, Vienna dazzles with a lustrous glossy finish.
Dekton® XGloss surfaces offer a dazzling reflective finish due to the advanced nanotechnological treatment and mechanical polishing process it undergoes, which results in a crystal-like shine. Combined with the strength and stain resistance of Dekton®, the resulting product provides exceptional performance paired with unique characteristics. This includes hidrofugant (water repellent) properties, ensuring an impressive resistance to stains.
