The global leader in the production and distribution of surfaces for the world of architecture and design, the Cosentino Group is delighted to share this real home case study featuring striking Dekton® XGloss worktops and splashbacks from the Natural Collection in Tundra, which were specified and installed by one of Cosentino’s approved fabricators, MKW Surfaces who are based in London. The home of international fashion photographer, Kate Davis-Macleod, the contemporary, open plan kitchen is softened through the use of warm wooden floorboards, soft furnishings and original features to create an inviting space.
With a lustrous, high gloss finish, the Dekton®XGloss surfaces reflect the natural light that is let into the kitchen from beautiful bay windows, to create a feeling of spacious ambience, whilst complementing the white gloss units perfectly. The focal point of the kitchen is an inviting island with seating, which showcases the veining of the marble inspired Tundra surface beautifully. The seamless wraparound island is made possible due to the large format slabs of Dekton®(up to 3200mm x 1440mm) that allow kitchen professionals to push the boundaries of design and create unique spaces, which flow organically.
