The global leader in the production and distribution of surfaces for the world of architecture and design, the Cosentino Group has opened Spain’s first Cosentino City in Madrid. The Spanish multinational’s new showroom, found at no. 116 Paseo de la Castellana, is open to architects, planners, designers, interior designers and consumers as an information centre, allowing visitors to experience the Cosentino Group’s wide range of brands and products first hand.

With 1,000 m2 of surfaces and a €1.2m investment, Cosentino City Madrid is Spain’s answer to the company’s integral exhibition space concept, and the fruit of four years’ work. The new space adds to the existing Cosentino City Centres spread across the world, in cities such as Sydney, Singapore, New York, Milan and London.

Madrid’s City is spread over three floors and was designed in collaboration with the renowned Valencian firm Cul de Sac. The ground floor and part of the first floor will house the showroom, workshops and the training room, as well as the exposition and cooking demonstration areas which were created in collaboration with Miele.  The rest of the first floor, as well as the lower part of the building, will serve as a work area, meeting rooms and a meeting point for customers, partners and other professionals.
