A silent luxury exercise with Dekton flowing through the spaces

“404 is more than a residential project: it is the synthesis of our design vision applied to a privileged natural environment in the south of Cali. Every line, every texture, every proportion was designed to create a balance between sophistication, functionality, and spatial fluidity. Here, the interior interacts organically with the exterior, creating atmospheres that are not only seen but also lived and felt.” This is how PURE Design Studio defines this apartment, a project “where silent luxury becomes an everyday experience.”

The social area connects the project and concentrates many of its most recognisable features. The entrance hall serves as a prelude, where the presence of Dekton Khalo “adds a touch of elegance” and introduces the material language that unfolds throughout the apartment. It has been used as a cover for the welcoming unit, and its surface competes with the reflection and shine of the backlit round mirror that greets visitors.

In the living room, the curved-line furniture interacts with the two coffee tables made of Dekton Danae. Its light tone and texture provide visual lightness and contrast with the warmth of the wood, creating a cosy and serene atmosphere. The choice of this material responds to both aesthetic and functional criteria, reinforcing the idea of surfaces designed for everyday use without compromising a “sophisticated” presence.

The dining room is conceived as a central piece within the social area. The table, made of Dekton Khalo, “impresses with its resistance and texture at its finest,” acting as an element that combines material solidity and visual warmth. Its scale and finish allow the space to function both in daily life and during gatherings.

The TV unit and the support unit behind the sofa, also made of Dekton Khalo, reinforce material continuity and contribute to a clean and organised reading of the ensemble.
