“Thanks to range of colours and features of Cosentino's surfaces, we have decided to replace our 'must-have material', the marble, in some of my projects.”
"We are passionate about ideas and bringing them to life. To do this, we combine meticulous design with quality construction," say the Design Zage team, founded in 2014 in Singapore. This interior design studio has built, thanks to this premise, a strong reputation for creating quality spaces capable of inspiring conversations, evoking memories, and enriching lifestyles.
Our vocation
ZJ: Personally, I have liked art since young and my dad was a contractor. When I was young, I saw how he fixed things when any part of the house went wrong. Naturally I chose Interior Design during our course of study.
In a Singapore home designed by Design Zage, kitchen with countertops and backsplash in Dekton Opera and a large island in Dekton Liquid Embers.
Our role models in Interior Design
ZJ: I studied in Singapore Polytechnic, this institution is the first and oldest polytechnic in Singapore. I studied a lot on a few famous architects like Tadao Andō, Toyo Ito, Gaudí, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Frank Lloyd Wright. Recently, Kerry Hill Architects.

In the same house, bathroom with cladding and countertop in Dekton Bergen.
Focus on the history of the project
ZJ: I don't have any favorite design or style either, the important is that each project has its own story.
Finally, the office, with table in Dekton Liquid Sky.
Must-have material
ZJ: Marble!, but thanks to range of colours and features of Cosentino's surfaces, I has decided to replace my 'must-have material' in some of my projects.
“The important is that each project has its own story.”
