Aside from the courts for training, the Academy also includes a residence and school for young tennis players, as well as an L-shaped building with other facilities, museum, health center, restaurant, and spa.

Rafa Nadal has chosen his home town of Manacor, on the island of Mallorca, to build a large complex for high performance in sports, specializing in the technical training of young tennis players. The Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar, designed by the architect David Iglesias, is strategically situated between the town center and the main sports amenities of the municipality. The Academy is a large, 5-hectare site with two buildings where Dekton is the principal cladding material. Over 40,000 square meters of Dekton _x005F_x000D_ provide the final finish for different _x005F_x000D_ areas, from facades to walls and floors _x005F_x000D_ via swimming pools and the spa, showing _x005F_x000D_ the high resistance and huge versatility _x005F_x000D_ of these ultracompact surfaces that can be _x005F_x000D_ as thin as 8 millimeters.
