Cosentino opens in Denmark
December 14, 2016
Cosentino enters for the first time Denmark with the opening of a “Center” which will provide direct services to the country, reinforcing the Group’s presence in Scandinavia where it has been working for the past ten years.
The new Cosentino Center, which represents a total investment of almost 1.8 million euros, is located in the town of Hedensted, in the Danish region of Central Jutland. The facility has 2.500 m2 of storage and offices, a storage capacity of approximately 9,500 slabs that will offer an independent and direct service to the Danish market, and is starting out with a team of seven people.
With this entry into a new country, the multinational is closing 2016, a year during which its active policy of geographical diversification and control of its own distribution has increased, consolidating itself as one of the most internationally widespread Spanish companies of the moment. Cosentino is present with owned assets in more than 30 countries and has more than 120 commercial and business units worldwide.
