Dekton Danae takes centre stage in an apartment in São Paulo

Located in Vila Madalena, São Paulo, the Harmonia Apartment, measuring 276 m2, designed by the JT Arquitetos studio, has been conceived with a contemporary and balanced language. The project is based on a neutral foundation, predominantly in beige tones, serving as a backdrop for clean, precise, and timeless architecture, capable of transcending trends and adapting to different moments in life.

From the outset, the proposal sought to create integrated, fluid, and visually coherent spaces, where materiality plays a fundamental role in shaping the identity of the space. More than just a finish, the chosen material had to act as a structuring element of the project, connecting spaces and ensuring aesthetic unity throughout the apartment. In this context, Dekton Danae, by Cosentino, was defined as the protagonist, present in floors, walls, and doors.

The application of Dekton Danae on the floor establishes the visual foundation of the entire project. Its soft sand tone directly complements the neutral palette adopted by the architects, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The material naturally integrates with the other elements of the project, allowing furniture, textures, and volumes to stand out without overwhelming the spaces.
