The building’s exterior aesthetic results from a daring reinterpretation of Catalan modernisme, narrowing and vertically stretching the windows that mark rhythm differently in each of the two facades not flanked by party walls. A Mediterranean cobalt blue is the color selected to unify interior and exterior, applied on the street-side elevations and the wet cores of the apartments.
