The design team's response was clear: to opt for surfaces capable of withstanding heavy use without compromising on an elegant and contemporary finish.

This is where Dekton comes into play, the ultracompact surface by Cosentino that became the backbone of the renovation. From the floors to the reception furniture, every application was designed to prove that aesthetics and durability can go hand in hand.

The first point of contact for any visitor is the floor. For this critical area, Dekton Sandik Grip+ was chosen, a material with warm tones and subtle veining that conveys serenity without losing character. Its matte finish helps create a welcoming atmosphere, while its extreme durability makes it perfect for withstanding the daily hustle and bustle of a commercial environment. In other words: a floor that doesn't wear out with routine or shy away from high heels, trolleys, or spilled coffee.

If the floor is the foundation, the reception is the calling card. Here, Dekton Laurent was chosen, a surface inspired by natural marble with golden veining on a deep brown background. The result is a reception desk that stands out and adds a sophisticated touch to the overall design. Moreover, the choice wasn't limited to the desk: custom furniture was also clad in the same material, reinforcing the project's visual identity.
