Description
an interesting pied-a-terre. i relocated the kitchen area to the middle of the room, which made the ground floor very spacious creating a dining area below the glass roof where the original kitchen was located, this had its challenges as we relocated the boiler, and created all new plumbing for the new area.
this project was done over two phases and i thoroughly enjoyed it.
