151 projects in the Architecture category and 75 projects in the Design category were the projects selected from among the 226 projects judged by the jury in this year's competition. Three first-place prizes of Euro 1,000 were awarded in each category, as well as three runners-up prizes of a commemorative certificate. The results of the 11th Cosentino Design Challenge, an international competition promoted by Cosentino which encourages creativity and talent among architecture and design students, took place within the "Transferencias Design 2017" framework, an initiative which takes place on the 8th and 9th of June in Malaga, and in which Cosentino participates as one of the main partners. The prestigious jury for the Cosentino Design Challenge consisted of representatives from the schools and universities actively involved in this year's competition.
