Cosentino sponsors the Madrid Design Festival 2020
The third edition of the event aims to, once again, convert Madrid into a leading, international showcase of design for the entire month of February.
With a series of innovative activities and content scheduled, Cosentino will participate in the Madrid Design Festival 2020 together with the renowned figure in world design, Ron Arad, who will visit the Spanish capital. Ron Arad: The Israeli designer takes us through his professional career and discusses first hand the ToHa building in Tel Aviv, which features over 28,000 m2 of the ultracompact surface, Dekton® on its facade, flooring, lifts, roofing and wall partitions.

Ron Arad: Alongside Cosentino and as a speaker at the "MadridDesignPro" open days, the designer visits the Official Architects' Association of Madrid (COAM) to share the unique and fascinating path he has taken since his first jobs in the eighties, when he founded the studio One Off Ltd. in London.

C-Top Restaurants by Cosentino: Created by the Silestone Institute, this book takes its readers on a journey to nine unique restaurants: Aponiente, Dani García, De Librije, Disfrutar, DiverXO, DSTAgE, El Invernadero, Mugaritz and Somni. The publication explains how nine renowned chefs bring creativity to their dishes, in addition to exploring the interior design and architecture of their restaurants. Santiago Alfonso (Cosentino Group) and Marisa Santamaría (RED) will participate in this event.

III International inHAUS LAB Competition - "Design your modular house": More than 400 proposals have been received from young professionals and students of architecture and design, from 47 different countries. The members of the jury, in addition to the finalists and winners from the different categories, will attend the prize ceremony. Cosentino is the sponsor of the competition and, for the first time, will award the "Cosentino Prize for the best Kitchen Designer". Before the winners are awarded with their prizes, there will be a round table discussion on the home, design, technology, basic tools for designers, architects and inHAUS houses.

"Carved in Stone". Throughout the month of February, Cosentino City Madrid will showcase the impressive exhibition of exclusive works that inspire "Life on Mars". Hand-crafted in Blanco Macael marble, the five pieces have been created by the prestigious British architecture firms Cartwright Pickard, Foster + Partners, Hugh Broughton Architects, Ian Ritchie Architects and Tonkin Liu.
