Dekton® stars at the Mutua Madrid Open

The Mutua Madrid Open 2019 began on Friday 3 May with the ultracompact surface, Dekton® by Cosentino, as one of its main sponsors.
Different Dekton® colours have been used to decorate some iconic areas of the tournament.
As part of the #GraciasFerru initiative at the Mutua Madrid Open - a tribute to the Spanish tennis player, David Ferrer, who will bring his career to a close at this tournament - top players such as Rafael Nadal, Feliciano López, Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Dominic Thiem, Kei Nishikori and Juan Martín del Potro, as well as tennis legends, such as Manolo Santana, Conchita Martínez and Alberto Berasategui, have dedicated a few moving words to him on a table tennis table made from Dekton® and on the new 4-mm-thin Dekton® Slim surface.

The tournament and Dekton® by Cosentino have given away this table to Ferrer. The Dekton® and Cosentino VIP zone has also welcomed Petra Kvitová, playing in this WTA Premier Mandatory event, and currently 3rd in the world rankings.
Dekton® at the Mutua Madrid Open
Beauty, elegance and durability are all qualities that Dekton® has brought to the world of tennis in the last few days thanks to its strong presence in the arena.
The two access areas to the Caja Mágica boast a variety of stands that show off Dekton's shiny Spectra colour. The entrance to the VIP dining area, with its stunning views of the lake, is decked out with stands and walls created in the popular Bergen colour from the Dekton® Stonika collection.
The exclusive Sky Lounge on the top floor of the building, which enjoys stunning panoramic views over Manolo Santana centre court, boasts several Dekton® Keon bar tops.
The Dekton® and Cosentino private lounge has become a real showroom for the brand. The bar area has a bar top made in Dekton's Entzo and Kelya colours - featuring a show-cooking counter top in the Dekton Kreta industrial colour and in the 4 mm Dekton® Slim thickness - and a range of side tables created using the Bergen tone.
Lastly, the walls in the reception feature six tones of cladding from the new and successful Dekton® Stonika series.
The public area also includes a Dekton® table tennis, where hundreds of people play during these days.
Silestone® at the Mutua Madrid Open
Silestone®, Cosentino's quartz surface, will also make its presence felt at the Mutua Madrid Open through the #TopsOnTop initiative taking place in the sponsors zone next to the main entrance.
A stunning counter top made in the Eternal Calacatta Gold colour is the benchmark for design and fun features.
The Silestone® Eternal collection is also the main focus in the exclusive, incredible VIP dining area, this year dedicated to the city of Madrid.
Each dining area features counter tops in different Silestone® colours, and the centre of the outside terrace has a circular bar made with Silestone® Eternal Marquina.
The Cosentino private lounge welcomes guests with a beautiful reception desk in the Eternal Statuario colour.
