Cosentino Group, global leader company in the production and distribution of surfaces for architecture and design, continues with its expansion in Europe, as well as expanding its network of showrooms located in the heart of the main cities of the world, with the opening of the new Cosentino City Paris. With 450 square meters spread over three floors, it’s the first City that the company opens in France and the 19th in the world, and complements Cosentino's logistics force in the market where it already has 7 Cosentino Centers: París, Rennes, Toulouse, Lyon, Marsella, Estrasburgo y Burdeos.
Located on 27 Boulevard Malesherbes at the 8th arrondissement in Paris, one of the most emblematic districts and which embrance numerous museums and fashion and luxury brands showrooms, City presents for the first time in France the 2.0 showroom concept developed by Cosentino. Thus, Paris has a new space designed for interaction and inspiration. A creative meeting point for architecture and design professionals where they can comprehensively develop any type of project; a place that can host presentations, artistic events and exhibitions, and also a reference hub for new emerging talents, and local design firms.
This is reflected in the different concepts and spaces that shapes the City, and that are defined by digitization, personalized attention and a 360 view of projects. Cosentino City Paris has as its core space the Atelier Lab, a design workshop guests have access to Cosentino’s full product offering and an expansive selection of sourced textiles, tile, cabinetry samples and plumbing fixtures. Also among the revamped elements of the 2.0 City highlights an augmented reality digital experience, where professionals can fully design a kitchen or bath space or to-scale full-slab digital displays. Paris also stands out for an auditorium with capacity for almost 50 people located on the ground floor, as well as a fully functional kitchen, ideal for events and networking cocktails.
The opening event took place last Thursday with the presence of the main personalities of the city's architecture and design community. For the global company, attended the event Eduardo Cosentino, VP Global Sales and CEO of Cosentino North America; and Pedro Parra, VP Sales for Europe. Likewise, the event was coordinated by the Cosentino France team with Anthony Glories, Regional Director, at the head, and Sébastien Pierozak, City Paris Manager and Soukaina Amnouh, City Specialist.
