Designing and building a house - often sounds like a nightmare. The multitude of possibilities on the one hand, on the other - the need to choose often being a compromise and a resultant between expectations and dreams, and the nature of the plot, the project and the capabilities of construction teams. Variable House is a solution developed by Anta Architekci - Daniel Cieslik's studio. It's a concept that includes several architectural designs that make it possible to adapt to the requirements of the development plan, full documentary support and the possibility of adapting the design to the plot. Compact, well thought-out interior, proven suppliers of materials and solutions from the SMART HOME category, and proven functionality of individual rooms. In a word - this is a universal architectural solution.
The concept is to provide the customer with proven solutions that will enable him to configure a perfectly tailored home. Therefore, it is possible to choose from the available variants suitable for the development plan and the style of finishing the facade. Such easy configuration makes it possible to bypass the lengthy process of developing an individual design and to control the investment budget. The project involves a group of companies and contractors who keep their offerings up-to-date, so the design immediately includes a realistic estimate of the interior finishes. The house can be configured like a premium car and completed turnkey throughout Poland.
Located near Czestochowa, the Variable House is a demonstration space, a ready-made design of a house with an optimal area, in which all recommended solutions are included and the interior function is refined. The project, with an optimal usable area of 142 m2, includes a well thought-out, ergonomic and comfortable functional layout. The modern, single-story passive building is equipped with the best smart home installations and integrated photovoltaics, among other features. The concept focuses on sustainability, so solution providers were chosen not by chance.
The facade of the house is decorated with Dekton Zenith elements, installed in a ventilated facade system. Dekton from Cosentino, as a super-strong and resistant carbon-neutral material, was an intuitive choice for this project.
Upon entering the spacious living room with a window overlooking the greenery surrounding the house, a large, functional kitchen island with a worktop from Dekton Laurent plays the main fiddle. With SMART HOME fans in mind, a control panel has been built into the countertop for the lighting above it. This is not only convenient, but also a very elegant looking solution.
The continuation of the kitchen workspace is the finish of the cabinets with kitchen appliances. Paired with the kitchen island goes a large 6-seater table in the same color. And the furniture is complemented by a narrow but impressive console set in the main passageway. It will serve the household for handy trinkets and home greenery.
The gold decorating Dekton Laurent was composed with yellow modern upholstered furniture, concrete on the walls and white modern flooring. The whole is kept in a modern, minimalist style. However, the modern materials give future residents the opportunity to emphasize their personalities. Because although the concept is meant to be universal and for everyone , it gives room for configuring additions - just like when buying a car - each owner freely configures the interior from a palette of available materials, colors and solutions. The show house, however, guarantees that it will be a functional interior in which everyone will find their space.
