The Signature at River Green – Presentation Centre, located in Richmond (British Columbia, Canada), serves as the showcase for a high-end residential project where architecture and interior design come together to offer a contemporary lifestyle by the Fraser River. Conceived by Aspac Developments and designed by CHIL Interior Design, this centre presents future residents with the essence of the Signature complex.
A warm and refined palette
The interior concept is based on a warm and refined material palette, balancing innovation and timeless elegance. Cosentino surfaces play a key role in this narrative. In kitchens and bathrooms, Silestone Miami Vena worktops and splashbacks bring brightness and serenity with their light tones and soft veining, evoking the calm of the natural riverside setting.
The idea was to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere without compromising on exclusivity. The kitchen, with its clean lines and stone surfaces, becomes a living space that goes beyond functionality. The bathrooms, where the dialogue between stone and wood is repeated, convey a sense of intimate and timeless retreat. The living area, open to natural light and river views, incorporates the aesthetic of the materials to blend seamlessly with the outdoor landscape.
A wise choice
Choosing Cosentino was a logical decision, as it combined the aesthetic beauty of its surfaces with their versatility and technical performance. As the designers explain, “the materials needed to harmonise with the natural atmosphere of the location, withstand heavy use, and at the same time, provide a serene elegance that would remain timeless.”
