Eclectic Designs is a full-service residential interior design studio that helped a talented team of architects, builders, and trades people bring this large scale home renovation to life. This stunning waterfront property in the Pacific Northwest was crafted to delight the senses. The two-story addition and separate yoga studio expanded the overall footprint of the property while many existing spaces were re-envisioned to create a welcoming environment for family and friends to enjoy. Every detail was accounted for, from the beautifully curated pieces to custom surfaces, lighting, artwork, and more.

The homeowners deeply value environmental responsibility and low waste in their home, making Cosentino’s Silestone and Dekton products the ideal surfacing solution for this distinguished home. Additionally, the versatile surfaces are available in a variety of colors, finishes, and thicknesses to accommodate the many application needs of the project.

The renovated kitchen provides ample room for cooking and entertaining, displaying a beautiful combination of Dekton Laurent on the island and full-height backsplash to the Dekton Rem on the perimeter countertops. In this space, Dekton Laurent steals the show, acting as a runway directing us to the two-story fireplace in a charcoal plaster and a beautiful built-in bar with a Dekton Rem countertop and backsplash.

Dekton Rem serves as a touchpoint between the spaces, also seen in the art room, laundry room and hallway in the niches of the art wall. The Theater houses Dekton Liquid Embers countertops on the bar and surrounding countertop ledge to the seated sectional to enjoy drinks and snacks for immersive movie marathons. Dekton Entzo can also be seen in the yoga studio bathroom with a single undermount sink and floating wooden shelves.

The primary bath features Silestone Charcoal Soapstone on the countertops and integrated sinks with Silestone Desert Silver in shower walls and window sills. By using Silestone as a solid surface application on the shower walls, grout lines were eliminated and made the area easy to clean and elegant.

Silestone Et. Noir’s black canvas with striking veins can be seen on the powder bath floating vanity, full-height backsplash, and base floor trim, complete with a large, back-lit LED circular mirror and pendant lighting. The guest bath displays a neutral Silestone Et. Statuario countertop with integrated sink and full-height backsplash.
