Silestone® and Dekton® win Five KBB 2024 Readers’ Choice Awards

Cosentino products have also been recognized in recent months by other prestigious American trade publications such as Interior Design, Architizer or Luxe Interiors+ Design's, among others.
Being one of the leading global market and most relevant for Cosentino once again the company's products are being recognized by the main trade publications and professionals in the architecture, design and K&B sector in the US. The most recent milestone has been obtaining a total of 5 awards in the Kitchen & Bath Business (KBB) magazine Readers’ Choice Awards. KBB is the official publication of NKBA / KBIS.
Over 74,000 readers of KBB participated by voting who freely and voluntarily expressed their preferences in each category based on: local availability, support from supplier/ manufacturer, style/aesthetics, ease of use/cleaning and price point for their typical client budget. Doing so, they selected Dekton® as winner in “Bath Flooring”, “Bath Wall Coverings”, “Kitchen Countertops”, and “Kitchen Flooring” categories. Meanwhile, Silestone® was selected winner in “Kitchen Countertops” category also.
These awards are added to a wide list that the company has been collecting in United States in recent months, and which have recognized the latest Silestone® and Dekton® collections. Some of these awards have been:
The prestigious architecture magazine announced the winners of its 2024 Best Products awards few months ago. With a renowned jury comprising specifying architects from top firms and 30+ award categories spanning every type of product used in architecture and interiors, the A+Product Awards forms the definitive list of the world's best building products. In this edition, Dekton® Pietra Kode series was chosen as best product in “Hard Surfacing, Tiles & Stone” category.

Organized by Luxe Interiors + Design’s publication, these awards honoring excellence, innovation and the best residential architecture, interior design and landscape architecture projects and products. Once again Dekton® Pietra Kode collection received award for the Stone best collaboration thanks to the joint work for its development carried out with the architect and designer Daniel Germani.
In this case we traveled to New York with the awards promoted by Interior Design magazine for ninth consecutive year. NYCxDesign Awards explores the cutting-edge designs that showcase New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, from student designers to established creatives and brands leading the industry forward. This year in the in the Surfaces category, the winner was Dekton® Ukiyo, the company's bet to structured patterns designed together with Claudia Ashfar.

We move on to Silestone® mineral hybrid surface and sustainability criteria with the recognitions of the specialized publication Green Builder, which once again has selected solutions that encourage sustainability through innovative technology and vision. In “Flooring and Surfaces” category, the publication chose Silestone® Le Chic collection as the winner for its sustainable commitment based on Hybriq+® technology milestone.

Returning to the NKBA, the American trade K&B Association endorsed the huge evolution undertaken in recent years with Silestone® - thanks to Cosentino's Hybriq+® technology- in its 30’s Choice Awards for Sustainability. The panel, a class of thirty esteemed designers under 30 years of age, was divided into five teams based on five different categories: Color, Outdoor Living, Smart Home, Living in Place, Wellness/ Health, and Sustainability. This year’s Thirty Under 30 Sustainability team awarded Silestone Hybriq+®. These awards were presented during 2024 KBIS fair in Las Vegas.

Finally, the American edition of Architectural Digest has once again chosen the trending and benchmark products and solutions for the kitchen space, From small appliances to statement surfaces, the winners of AD's 2024 Great Design Awards inject fresh flavor into any kitchen makeover. Selected by the magazine's editors, one of the award-winning products was the Silestone® Le Chic collection.
