Cosentino Highlights Sustainable Surface Innovations, New Applications, and Collections at AIA Conference on Architecture (Booth #943)

Cosentino, the Spanish global leader in the production and distribution of innovative and sustainable surfaces for the world of architecture and design, is showcasing its latest and upcoming product innovations at the AIA Conference on Architecture 2022 in Chicago, IL from June 22-25, 2022. Cosentino’s display will highlight a wide range of surfacing application to demonstrate the nearly limitless design possibilities that Cosentino surfacing empowers architects to achieve, from facades and exterior cladding, to wall panels, countertops, sinks, shower trays, fireplaces, outdoor patios and pools, and even sculptural art.

In-booth displays will also showcase two facades systems - ventilated and mechanical - and flooring applications. Exciting new debuts will be previewed as well, including Cosentino’s newest designer collection, Dekton® Onirika by Nina Magon, a dream-inspired collection designed by award-winning interior designer Nina Magon.

Dekton® Gocce Shower Trays and Silestone® Evita Bathroom Sinks

Dekton® Gocce Shower Trays and Silestone Evita Bathroom Sinks offer stylish and cohesive design solutions with unmatched durability to elevate any bathroom space. Both new offerings are available through quick-ship programs to help alleviate industry supply chain issues, and their ease of installation helps reduce labor expenses - with the ability to purchase directly without engaging a fabricator. • The Dekton® Gocce Shower Tray Collection provides a simple yet functional tray design that can easily be adapted into any bathroom space. Available in a wide range of colors and two size formats, with three colors available through a quick ship program (Kreta (pictured), Aeris, Rem), Gocce offers a hygienic, stylish, and sleek shower tray manufactured with Dekton Grip+ for safety and slip-resistance. The ultra-lightweight trays have a perfected slope for optimal water flow and are only 20 mm thick. 
• The Silestone® Evita Bathroom Sink Collection provides visual unity with the surrounding countertop through jointless design, and can integrate seamlessly with a vanity or serve as a wall-mounted accent piece. Made from a single piece of Silestone®, the sleek design eliminates the joints between pieces to ensure easy cleaning and hygiene. The collection is offered in a wide range of Silestone colors - with three hues available in a quick ship program (White Zeus (pictured), Eternal Statuario and Eternal Desert Silver) - and comes available in a range of custom countertop sizes. 

Dekton® Optimma Collection

For faster and easier installation in applications like shower and alcove bath wall cladding, Cosentino introduces Dekton Optimma. Crafted from ultra-thin and lightweight 4mm Dekton Slim, the pre-cut and easy-to-maneuver slabs eliminate the need for fabrication and reduce material waste. The collection is available in a range of colors, including Dekton Rem, Dekton Aeris and Dekton Kelya.
