“The hospitality sector has always been an invaluable cornerstone of our business and a great source of inspiration as we continue to innovate how our offering can best serve hospitality design professionals,” says Patty Dominguez, VP of Architecture & Design Sales for Cosentino North America. “Our introductions offer the unrivaled aesthetic, durability, and diversification that hospitality spaces demand, along with industry-leading sustainable options to help reduce design’s environmental impact on the planet. We look forward to seeing the creative ways architects and designers will incorporate our new introductions — from furniture applications to flooring and wall cladding, the design possibilities are endless.”
The 600 square-foot booth features the latest Silestone® offerings powered by HybriQ® technology -- a new hybrid product composition and industry-leading sustainable manufacturing standard -- including the new Ethereal Collection that launched on August 2. The booth also spotlights the Silestone® Evita Washbasin series and Dekton® by Cosentino, a unique, ultra-compact surface ideal for interior and exterior applications. Beyond core product offerings, Cosentino is also unveiling collaborations with luxury vanity manufacturer James Martin and hospitality furniture refinishing experts Case Goods Refinishing.
New Collaborations & Events
Cosentino x James Martin Vanity
Following the successful partnership initially unveiled at the 2019 HD Expo, Cosentino and luxury vanity manufacturer James Martin are expanding the collaboration with a new custom vanity and mirror crafted exclusively for Cosentino. This builds on its pre-manufactured Silestone vanity designs, offering hospitality design professionals countless design and color options.
In tandem with this expansion, Cosentino is hosting a session titled, ‘Making Bathroom Vanities Beautiful & Sustainable’ on August 25 from 10:00am to 10:45am at the HD Expo DesignWell Stage. This conversation between Patty Dominguez, Vice President of A&D Sales for Cosentino North America, and Pam Durkin, Sales & Marketing Manager of James Martin Vanities, will provide architects and designers further insights on the pivotal role sustainability plays in the design and construction of bathroom spaces. The discussion will include a focus on how to create eco-conscious focal points without compromising on functionality or style. The duo will also touch on their success as business partners, offering a 15-minute Q&A following the discussion.
Cosentino x Case Goods Refinishing
Cosentino and hospitality furniture refinishing experts Case Goods Refinishing are also proudly unveiling a new partnership to best serve the hospitality market. This collaboration supports the two brands' initiatives to breathe new life to tired guest room furniture, including desks, dressers, nightstands, and more. The innovative design strategy includes the Case Goods Refinishing team incorporating ultra-compact Dekton surfacing when refurbishing guest room pieces for an elevated design aesthetic. Sample projects are on display in the Cosentino booth.
Cosentino Happy Hour at Booth #2623
In celebration of its latest product innovations and brand collaborations, Cosentino is hosting an in-booth happy hour today, Tuesday, August 24, from 3:00-4:00pm. During this hour, Cosentino leadership will be available for booth tours, product overviews, and to answer any questions on what’s on the horizon for 2022.
Product Features
NEW Silestone® Ethereal Collection
Going beyond natural beauty, the newest Silestone® collection, Ethereal, offers a myriad of application possibilities with four marble-inspired designs. The collection’s colorways — Ethereal Dusk, Ethereal Haze, Ethereal Glow and Ethereal Noctis — offer an artistic interpretation of the fleeting, heavenly patterns cast in the sky -- with fine lines in deep hues against a white canvas capturing the interplay of color and light seen from dawn to nightfall.
The series also represents a quantum leap for design, innovation and sustainability as the second new collection to embrace a new product category for the brand: “The ultimate mineral HybriQ® surface” — and continuing to build on Silestone®’s stance as an activist brand through its cutting-edge HybriQ+® technology by Silestone®. The new HybriQ+® manufacturing process uses 99 percent reused water, 100 percent renewable electric energy and a minimum of 20 percent recycled raw materials in its composition, while significantly reducing the presence of crystalline silica. With this new composition, the outstanding mechanical and technical performance and timeless beauty of Silestone remain intact. Further information on this new collection will be available at the show.
Silestone® Evita Washbasin Collection
The Silestone® Evita Washbasin Collection provides visual unity and seamless integration with the surrounding countertop, eliminating joints for easy cleaning and offering the perfect solution to the most demanding projects. Available in three sizes, the collection offers various colorways and a range of custom countertop sizes. Shown below: Silestone® Evita in White Zeus.
Dekton® Natural Collection — Rem
A series that reflects Cosentino’s desire to emulate the best of what nature offers and the evocation of stones with more delicate lines, the Dekton® Natural Collection is offered in seven colorways, including Dekton® Rem. The colorway takes inspiration from one of the most elegant white marbles in the market. Its intricate design with brown and gray veining and hints of gold reflects the traditional and almost linear structure of Calcutta Lincoln itself.
