To dine at the exquisite Restaurant André is to embark on an exploratory journey through the mind of chef and co-owner Andre Chiang. Trained in France, the Taiwanese-born Chef treats his diners to enchanting courses with his signature flair and sophistication, paired primarily with biodynamic French artisanal wines. Each course reflects aspects of Chef Chiang's personal and multi-faceted culinary experience in a plate.
“The opportunity to work with Cosentino came pretty naturally to me," said Chef Andre Chiang. "At Restaurant André, we pride ourselves in the food we serve so it’s important that our facilities and the environment make for an effective and efficient space. The use of Dekton by Cosentino Spring 2015 Collection, namely Kelya, Keon and Galema, can be seen from the entrance to the heart of the restaurant, all built elegantly into Restaurant André’s creatively fuelled kitchen.
