It is without a doubt one of the most important events in the world for the haute cuisine sector and one which the company Cosentino did not wish to miss.
In this 2017 edition, Silestone® by Cosentino was the main sponsor of worktops for the event and has also sponsored the Sustainable Restaurant 2017 Award given to Septime restaurant. Simon Honan, General Manager of Cosentino Victoria, from Cosentino Australia had the honour of awarding the prize to the winner.
The spectacular event took place, for the first time, in Australia. Melbourne historic Royal Exhibition Building was the venue for the world’s gastronomy event of the year, bringing together the most important in influential chefs in the world, numerous food professionals and all the major international media and influencers.
For the seventh consecutive year, Cosentino has supplied a range of Silestone® worktops for the event, bringing beauty and functionality and once again showing the brand’s unconditional support for the world of cooking.
