Dekton kitchen countertops are sold in large-format slabs (3,200 x 1,400 mm), allowing for more extensive and hygienic work areas while reducing the number of joints. Furthermore, most of the portfolio is available in 8, 12, 20, and 30 mm thicknesses, facilitating any design.
Additionally, Dekton features a lighter format specifically designed for wall cladding and all types of furniture. With only 4 mm of thickness, Dekton Slim enables the extension of kitchen countertop designs and properties to applications such as doors or drawers.
Beyond sight: Countertops with a touch
Dekton features four distinct textures that offer enhanced personalization for any kitchen countertop. All retain the material's technical qualities regarding resistance and durability.
Matte colors present a natural and harmonious look; X-Gloss, thanks to its mechanical polishing, offers a luminous finish; Velvet provides a velvety surface with a warm touch; and Textured Matte or Velvet features a rough texture with beautiful imperfections.
Dekton edges: Attention to detail
Any edge design is technically possible with Dekton countertops, including rounded demi-bullnose, beveled straight, or fluted edge finishes. Lightweight thicknesses, such as 8 and 12 mm in veined finishes, are especially suitable for countertops with 4 to 8 mm mitered edges, allowing visual continuity throughout the countertop's thickness.
Solid colors or designs fully integrated throughout the material work well at any thickness with straight edges and simple or double bevels. From 12 mm onwards, they suit any design you can imagine. Flute edges visually lighten the borders of 30 mm countertops, providing a more architectural finish to any countertop design, whether solid or veined.
