On May 9, the Cosentino Miami City Showroom in the Design District was transformed into a chic pop-up shop and activation space — showcasing exquisite clothing, jewelry and accessories from more than 20 Latin American designers. In addition to the pop-up shop, which was open to the public, Cosentino hosted a VIP brunch and panel with Eva Hughes, former Editor-in-Chief of VOGUE Mexico and Latin America and CEO of Conde Nast Mexico and Latin America; TV host Andrea Minski; and fashion designer Ángel Sánchez for an engaging conversation on the growing influence of Latin American fashion and design. The evening culminated with a packed house of guests who turned out for cocktails, tapas and shopping.

“As the Latin capital in North America and port of entry of the world to the U.S., Miami is truly a fashion mecca,” says Carolina Almeida Alzamora, general manager of the Cosentino Miami City Showroom. “This celebration of Latin American fashion and design reflects a shared passion and synergy, as a brand that aims to inspire bold, fashion-forward design in our surfacing.”

The pop-up shop will be hosted May 9 – 10. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to NU3, a children’s foundation in Colombia committed to the social, emotional and food security of families, eradication of hunger and reduction of poverty.
