"Dekton by Cosentino, the ultra-compact architectural surface with advanced technical properties for both interior and exterior application, adds four new striking colors to its offering: Fossil, Kira, Nayla and Vienna.

Developed exclusively by Cosentino, the colors add new textures and tones to the offering–marrying a natural look with unparalleled durability only found in Dekton surfacing.

“As interior design trends come and go, it is essential to keep an eye out for what will endure – especially when you’re selecting a material created to last generations,” says Massimo Ballucchi, Director of Marketing for Cosentino North America. “The texture of these new colors makes a statement, and their neutral colors are sure to stand the test of time.”

Created from a sophisticated blend of raw materials including glass, quartz and porcelain, Dekton has a high resistance to UV rays, scratches, stains and thermal shock. Its durability and ease of care offer a wealth of applications, including flooring, facades, wall cladding, worktops, stairs and more. It is available in large format, which allows for seamless creative possibilities for architects and designers for both residential and commercial projects.

Fossil, Kira and Nayla are the latest additions to the popular Dekton Natural Collection:

"

  • Fossil (left) mimics textured mottled grey rock creating contrast between old and new. Set against a cool gray background, flecks and streaks of veining capture the look of authentic fossils forever captured in stone.
  • Nayla (middle) subtly blends hues of silver and white, breathing freshness & light into any space.
  • Kira (right) evokes a look of weather-worn hide cast in stone. Its moody, earthy hues bring an unexpected element of drama to design palettes.

"

Vienna, a new colorway in the Dekton XGloss Natural Collection, offers a grainy, glossy white tone with clarity and light. The polished finish provides a crystal-like shine, thanks to its nano-technological treatment and mechanical polishing while still providing the performance and technical characteristics offered by Dekton.

Combined with the strength and stain resistance of Dekton®, the resulting product provides exceptional performance paired with unique characteristics. This includes water repellent properties, ensuring an impressive resistance to stains. The ‘Nanocoating Process’ and mechanical polishing also enhances Dekton’s color.
