West Loop in Chicago is one of the cities’ most up and coming neighborhoods. Amid a growing nightlife, food and entertainment scene an impressive residential Dekton project is also coming to life. Dekton will be featured as cladding on a new residential building being developed according to this feature in Chicago Curbed.
The building originally featured a concrete façade, but Dekton has proved to be an effective alternative due to its beauty and durability. Dekton will be ideal for withstanding the wide variety of weather conditions that occur in Chicago each year, including harsh winters, warm summers, and high winds that damage more porous options.
This 10-story building will feature 22 luxury family-style units. Construction should be completed by late 2017.
