Dekton Featured on HGTV’s Small House, Big Easy Premiere

It’s always inspiring to see small homes transformed into mini masterpieces. That’s why we loved seeing Dekton incorporated into the premiere episode, Restoring a Teardown Shotgun, of HGTV’s Small House, Big Easy show.

The show follows Historic Home Specialist Sarah Martzolf in her quest to revive the small, often neglected houses that define New Orleans. These “shotgut” houses are just as much part of New Orleans’s history as the elaborate mansions next door. As a Big Easy native, Sarah knows the ins and outs of finding, buying, and restoring these hidden diamonds in the rough.

Sarah’s goal is to preserve the original features of each home while updating them to accommodate modern convenience and living. It’s more than just a flip; it’s a real labor of love.

Join us in taking a look at how Dekton was incorporated into this creative renovation.
