Held at the Brickell City Centre’s North Tower Square, Rafael Muci created a painting live on a dress designed by Etxart & Panno to be auctioned off in support of Mexico Earthquake Relief. Atop a platform made from award-winning Silestone Eternal Marquina, the dress acted as a canvas for Rafael Muci, who painted intricate designs directly on to the material.

This innovative piece of art created in real time for the public will be sold in an auction and the benefits will be donated to rebuild Mexico. On September 19, 2017 a powerful earthquake struck Central Mexico causing damage in the Greater Mexico City area and other states. The humanitarian response was overwhelming, with friends all over the world providing support, medical and food supplies and much more. Funds raised will be donated in totality to Documental Ambulante A.C., a non-profit organization founded by international actors Gabriel Garcia Bernal and Diego Luna to collect funds for the cause. The dress will be on display until December 31st. For more information regarding donations and the auction click here.
